1.0 Engineering Engagement & Scope Boundaries
By initializing an architectural handshake or deploying our custom full-stack solutions, client nodes explicitly agree to these operational parameters. All software engineering iterations, API integrations, and tracking mesh adjustments execute strictly based on pre-validated technical blueprints.
Any requests for functional variable adjustments, framework changes, or out-of-scope database configurations during an active deployment track will halt ongoing execution loops until a secondary milestone alignment contract is processed.
2.0 Capital Allocations & Milestone Protection
All financial transactions operate under a transparent, risk-insulated milestone schema. A fixed setup allocation of 50% activates initial workspace configuration, type-safe data design, and server setup routines.
The concluding 50% execution margin remains securely locked until final integration verification loops pass all production validation diagnostics. Jarrar Brokers Ltd does not offer variable transactional refunds once data components have been compiled to the edge node repository.
3.0 Intellectual Repository & System Authority
Absolute administrative command, database authorization tokens, and exclusive code repository keys pass permanently to the partner system nodes immediately upon full settlement of the concluding milestone allocation.
Prior to final settlement, all compiled engineering assets, design tokens, serverless route wrappers, and custom logic layers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jarrar Brokers Ltd. Unauthorized distribution or reverse-engineering of unfinalized files triggers immediate system authorization revocation.
4.0 Liability Limits & Performance Realities
While our architectures are optimized to secure elite conversion telemetry and near-zero latency scores, Jarrar Brokers Ltd maintains no corporate liability for direct or indirect revenue loss stemming from third-party advertising network API deprecations, global database cloud outages, or uncoordinated client-side script adjustments.
